Was going to post something about this myself. While clicking twice doesn't seem like a lot, doing this 100+ times makes it very frustrating.

You can see if someone deleted a scenario. On the left side bar, Org Overview -> Activity Logs. For rolling back a deletion you would probably have to consult with support so that would be a nice feature to have.
