When I need to create a webhook that indicates a status is changed to lets say "NEW" I need to add status = NEW and status Changed. Adding the second clause may eliminate duplicate events.

Webhooks can build up queues when they are left off during testing or when they are scheduled to run once per day. If you are using an instant watch event saying, trigger when the issue is approved, you can pull the userID from the event time bundle at the bottom. If not I suggest looking into the API to find something https://developer.adobe.com/workfront/api-explorer/  

Update: I used the API module to subscribe user(s) to an object. If anyone has a better way please enlighten me. Also I forgot to change the obj code from proj but it would be whatever obj you're subscribing to. 

Using Fusion how do I subscribe a user to a given project? I looked at the API but I can't seem to find a module add a subscriber and I don't know what API call I would use to add one.
