    Our instance uses document approvals and not proof approvals. We often have up to a hundred approvals on a single proof, and currently have to add them one by one. This is very tedious.I would like to be able to add uses in bulk.

  • thanks, yes it's a WF notification. but tagging for approvals sends all approvers a WF notification. it's that it only works for the first proof, not subsequent proofs.

  • thank you, yes the naming is always confusing/difficult in trying to differentiate. i'm referring to document approvals - we do not use the ProofHQ interface for proof approvals.

  • we have had the same issue but through document proofing, not "ProofHQ" proofing. proof 2 and beyond we need to manually resubmit to all proof approvers. very annoying and time consuming.
