  • hi - if a user was entered into the system incorrectly (and therefore didn't get the email to set up their account), and then subsequently the email address was updated, how can we send another invitation?

  • thanks, yes it's a WF notification. but tagging for approvals sends all approvers a WF notification. it's that it only works for the first proof, not subsequent proofs.

  • thank you, yes the naming is always confusing/difficult in trying to differentiate. i'm referring to document approvals - we do not use the ProofHQ interface for proof approvals.

  • we have had the same issue but through document proofing, not "ProofHQ" proofing. proof 2 and beyond we need to manually resubmit to all proof approvers. very annoying and time consuming.
