  • That is truly odd then. I can't think of any other default setting that could possibly be over-riding it. When you look at the output of the conversion module, does it show anything about a categoryID in the output? Or is the mystery form being attached later, and not by Fusion itself?

  • We leverage that feature pretty heavily across our projects and templates. It's also a great way to wind up with trackable metrics for how often some of the extra asks are happening, which would be impossible out of update threads. Nothing really says the data has to GO anywhere, it can simply live ...

  • One particularly obscure WF feature is that if you try and complete a custom field on a record, but there doesn't happen to be a custom form with that field attached TO the record - Workfront will find an arbitrary form and attach it for you to try and be helpful so the data isn't lost.  So do you h...

  • Thanks, @Doug_Den_Hoed__AtAppStore for the tap-in. For Board size, I believe the documentation says they cap out around 700 items. My largest one is just under 500 right now.  Starting with the 502/angry-red-text messages, yes we were plagued by those for awhile until our Boards were almost unusable...

  • In my instance, I had a set of custom fields that had URLs stored in them to reference various things about a project in our Salesforce instance. I wanted to display them all in the same column, but because I like things to be pretty, I also wanted them to display as a short phrase rather than long ...

  • This is a shot of the headers in my favorite queue-level report, which I think has what you're looking to see. We only use person or team routings, so I've never needed to include role/project options but it could easily be extended to cover that once you have the pattern.  displayname=Request Routi...

  • Giving credit where it's due, the logs I sent in on my ticket were enough for the engineering team to find and resolve the actual server issue causing the performance instability. It's been a little over a week now, and I've gotten maybe 1 error message in that window. Give them another try and see ...

  • That filter will get you changes to the access level itself. If you don't have any results, then nobody made any changes to one in the date range you have selected. That's not particularly unusual, access levels aren't often changed once they're set. This is what you will see if there is a logged ch...

  • There's two things you could possibly be looking for in that question. Do you want to know who changed the configuration of the Access Level itself? Or who modified what access level a specific user was assigned?  The audit log for 'Access Level' will show you changes to the configuration of an acce...

  • Formulas like you're describing only recalculate when something is changed on the object displaying them, or recalculate expressions is performed. They do not auto-update otherwise.  In my instance I've trained Fusion to watch a few key places and force that recalculation but it's somewhat limited. ...
