I don't see them that way in my Prod (not on UE) or Sandbox (on UE), but I know I've occasionally see other menus mis-aligned if the browser is zoomed in weird. See if they fix themselves if you zoom in and out a few notches?

@William-- This looks amazing, and I can't wait to start sharing it in training sessions. I wasn't able to make the kickstart work, got some odd error messages about file formats. But copying and pasting in the text mode from the properties file did the trick perfectly!
