  • Syntax is important -- you would benefit from bookmarking this link. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/calculated-custom-data/calculated-data-expressions.html?lang=en   Additionally you can pick up the right syntax from just using the standard editor in the ca...

  • could be! Maybe create another report and only have "project status equates with = current" and then see if any of your rush projects are brought in. If they are, then one of your other filters is a problem.   If they aren't, take one of the projects that is showing up and change that to rush to see...

  • I usually export to Excel, copy the column I want, paste that into Word without formatting (so it comes in as lines instead of a table), bulk replace the paragraph breaks with tabs, and remove the tab at the very end of the sentence. That's just me, though.

  • Status and "Status Equates With" are not the same. Using the following, can you take a look at your Rush status and let us know what it equates to? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/customize/statuses-priority-labels/create-or-edit-a-status.html?lang=en

  • All "requests" are now actually projects that are being initiated in the meeting/kickoff call. Teams would know what came up first based on the entry date of the project (whichever project got created first). Instead of being categorized by what queue or queue topic they came from, the team's projec...

  • I think it's worth drilling down on some of your particular needs. I'm just embarking on this journey myself, so here are some brief notes I've made.   Here are some actions that update a project's "last update date": task addition and deletionchange to project custom formchange to task statusupload...

  • Can I ask what you mean by "manage it"? What is it that queues allows you to manage that you think might be lost from the point of view of creating projects only?

  • is it possible that someone has deleted Team Ireland?   are you able to locate Team Ireland in the preview Sandbox? Can you get the URL from preview and change it to your production URL to see if it's still there?

  • it would be the same as your other calculated field but just tack a "project" in front of it. Like this:   {project}.{plannedCompletionDate}   Make sure you formatted both calculated fields as "date" and you should be good to go.

  • I wanted to add that if this field needs to drive requesters to a different area of the form, it might be just as easy to preface it with a question like "do you have an account or are you new" and the two answers would either show this typeahead field, or go to the next section -- so basically tryi...
