Just go into a task report, like I have done below, configure your filter, and then switch over to text mode, copy and paste into the project...

No. I don't have Workamajig, but assuming you want to select 10 tasks and then click one button to automatically assign predecessors between them, or to new tasks following them, this is not how Workfront works. You'll need to manually assign them on a task by task basis.
