We use the outlook plugin to get email information into the Updates. Have not noticed what happens when we hit the character limit.

You can only sort a view by ascending or descending alphabet but some of the values, like a status, would make more sense to sort by the order work is done. For example Idea / Planning / Current / Complete instead of alphabetically where Complete comes first. It'd be awesome to use the functionality...

I think to take this a step further, you should be prompted whenever you update. Many times you are working on a task/project for a couple days or throughout the day before it is actually completed.

Hi Nina. That's a good idea but we also use the version count to note how many rounds of revisions a project went through so it would be extra work for the designer/project manager to add up in two spots for each file. I'll pitch that to the team and see if what they think.
