Nina, this was in regards to documents that aren't turned into a Proof. Say a reference PDF for example.

It would be helpful to add separator lines in a drop-down list to help users visually. In the list below of various paper type, it would be ideal to have this in sections but still one field. See mock-up below.

This would be a gamechanger. So many people build out the forms in Excel first and then I have to copy paste all the options

I would LOVE to be able to pin my most used templates to the top. Or have WF show the most recent 5 I used and then list the rest alphabetically.

I had a similar idea but would prefer to use $$Project.Owner or $$Project.Sponsor instead
