Include times in data from Campaign in Analytics - Adobe Campaign Standard 19-02-2020
In Adobe Campaign, reports of events such as opens and unique clicks can be broken down by an Hour dimension, showing the number of those events in a particular hour on a given day. When this same information is viewed through Analytics, it is appearing as if all or nearly all of the events occur at noon. For example, a report in Campaign could show that a message had 1000 opens at 9:00 AM, 1800 opens at 10:00 AM, 800 opens at 11:00 AM, and so on. Analytics will show that there are 3600 (or more...

Add reporting dimension for Hour of Day - Adobe Campaign Standard 20-11-2019
Our institution would like to find out what times of day that messages from certain campaigns are most frequently opened. Are users mostly opening them in the morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, etc.?When building a report, there are Time dimensions for Day, Hour, Minute, Month, and Quarter. However, the Hour dimension is for the hour of a specific day (e.g. Nov 1, 2019 9:00 AM), not an hour of a general day (e.g. 9:00 AM - 9:59 AM).We would like a new dimension for Hour of Day that would ...

Allow manual creation of filter parameters - Adobe Campaign Standard 04-11-2019
When you create a filter on a custom resource, in order to create a parameter, you have to start the process of adding a rule, check the Switch to Parameters checkbox, then select an existing parameter or define a new parameter by typing a name and clicking the plus sign. (Configuring filter definition)However, if you want to use a parameter in an expression entered in Advanced Mode, there is no place to create the parameter in the Advanced Mode dialog. You have to first create the filter condit...

Limit filters by organizational unit - Adobe Campaign Standard 04-11-2019
We are planning to add filters to our Profile custom resource as a convenience to users. This will enable them to more easily build audiences with common elements, such as "alumni within X miles of the main campus".However, we would like to limit whether these filters are available to users based on their organizational unit. This would make it so users would see filters in the Shortcuts pane that are most appropriate to their department or role in our university. For instance, University Advanc...

Re: Add Boolean data type for options - Adobe Campaign Standard 23-08-2019
When you set up the Query step in the workflow, on the Properties tab, set the Resource and Targeting Dimension to "Option (option)".Then on the Target tab you'll have access to an "Option (attribute)" tile. Drag this into the dropzone and create one condition to check the ID of the option and another condition to check the value of the condition. For example, to check if option "myOption" is equal to 1:

Track sub/unsub activity from landing page linked to delivery - Adobe Campaign Standard 20-08-2019
We have a Subscription Center landing page in which users can subscribe to or unsubscribe from the various Services that we offer. We include a link to the Subscription Center in our mass e-mail messages to enable users to reach it without needing to bookmark the page.It would be helpful to be able to find out how many people unsubscribed from a Service after receiving a particular message. Right now it does not appear there is a way to do this because there is no connection between the Delivery...

Allow typology rules to be disabled - Adobe Campaign Standard 01-08-2019
There is no option to temporarily disable a typology rule, either in the definition of the typology rule itself or in the list of typology rules in a typology. It would be useful to be able to temporarily disable a typology rule to test scenarios or to remove restrictions on an ad hoc basis, such as for a single mailing, without having to build a new typology.Instead, it is necessary to remove the typology rule from the typology. In order to restore it, the typology rule has to be added back in. ...

Use Profile search fields in other search dialogs - Adobe Campaign Standard 10-07-2019
It is possible to define additional search/filter fields for Profiles by adding them to the Filter Zone Composition in the Profile custom resource. These are useful because they enable you to find Profiles based on several fields, such as e-mail address, name, and alternate ID.When testing a Landing Page such as Subscription, you can select a profile to use for testing. However, the search/filter fields defined for the Profile custom resource are not made available; you can only perform a defaul...

Enable applying tags to profiles - Adobe Campaign Standard 04-06-2019
It could be helpful for key users to be able to "tag" profiles with one or more tags - arbitrary strings - that could then be used for building audiences and populating queries. This would enable those users to collect the audiences they need without having our IT group add more fields to the Profile resource. For instance, we might need to send a communication to "power users" of several applications on a periodic basis about upgrades or downtimes. There is no yes/no flag on our Profile resource...

Add an audience when using a particular template - Adobe Campaign Standard 31-05-2019
We have a request that whenever a message is sent using a particular template that a set of defined addresses will be automatically added to the recipients. The use case for this is when an e-mail goes out from our technology support group to end users, the members of the technology support staff should also receive that message so they are aware of its contents and can respond to incoming questions. It is possible to specify one audience for a delivery template but it does not appear to be possib...
