I would double check that tasks and issues are in fact delegated. Using the delegation in the "calendar" area only delegates approvals. As Doug mentions you have to change it to a valueexpression instead of valuefield and it will display the values instead of the labels.

Yes the default assignee is triggered through routing rules of issues (requests) and not on tasks. It's not aligned to the custom form but rather aligned to the "queue topic" itself and the creation of the object.

Hi Kristen - the field likely lives on a custom form that would be attached to objects you are creating with the integration. You can find out what form it lives on by looking in the setup backend and creating a view that shows the Forms parameter on fields.      

Hi Andrew.   when the box is unchecked Workfront will delete the issue this way there is only "one" object tied to whatever it is. If you want this to be an option you will need to make sure users have permissions to the issues that allows them to delete.
