  • If you go to the Queue Setup tab, if you have routing rules set up, you will see under the Queue Details an option to assign a default Route. When you create a Queue Topic, you also have an opportunity to assign a default Route to that queue topic.

  • I don't think you can do it based on specific responses within the custom form. You can create different routing rules for different Queue topics, so if you attach a custom form to a particular queue topic, you could route it differently.

  • You need to have one of those objects above the field that you want to apply Display logic to because the display of the field is based on the result of an earlier field. The Skip logic gets applied to an earlier field, and based on selection, skips to a following field.

  • So Cl01 ends in 11 and CL02 ends in 12. When I ping my domain with origin prefix, everything matches except the last 2 digits are 22, not 12. Does that still mean I'm on Cl02?

  • There are several ways to do it, but If you have the access level where you are allowed to delete an request, once you're in the request, you can go to "Issue Actions" in the upper right and you should see "Delete" in the list. If you don't see it, you don't have access to do it.

  • So you have a Project report, and you are trying to in-line edit a custom form on the Project Level? You should be able to do this. If you have Admin rights, you should try it and if you can do it, then it's probably an access level issue.
