I think that depends on your internal security. I hate it when I'm automatically logged out of an application in the middle of the day (unless I'm on a financial/banking web app), so we have ours set to 8 hours.

What was entered for you planned hours and actual hours? If you are subtracting these numbers, how are you getting so many decimals unless one of those numbers has that many decimals. Anyway, you could use the rounding function I guess.

I would check your setup >timesheets and hours>Preferences. Note there that you can determine if the timesheets use projected dates or planned dates. Could it be that one of those is unchecked and the dates you're checking is the other one?

FYI - I ran a report where “Is Active” is False and “Access Level ID” is not blank and got no records. I double checked by just filtering for Is active = false, and then sorted ascending and descending on Access Level, and they’re all blank.

BTW, what I find interesting is that the count under setup> customer info doesn't match when I go to the People tab and filter for Active, grouping by license. In my setup, it shows 97 Work licenses, but in my People tab it shows 86. I believe the amount it's showing in the Setup is incorrect.

Well, before I initially responded to this thread, I did the test in my Preview environment - created a brand new Issue Custom Form and a brand new date field for the test and added it to an issue. We were using Workfront before Anaconda. Are you (Doug) saying that's why I'm seeing it?

Hi David, Yes, I believe that's what I'm saying - it DOES work to report on a custom date field when it changes. I'm doing it and I see the changes in a Note report. (see attached for result and filter)
