Hi! I am seeing an unexpected delay with a Weekly Quiet Hours rule (Queue message).Configuration:Window: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Recurring daily). Timezone: Buenos Aires (GMT-3). Frequency Capping: None.The Issue:A profile reached a Push node on Tuesday at 4:20 AM. Expected: Sent Tuesday at 8:00 AM. Actual: Sent Wednesday at 8:00 AM (27-hour delay).Questions:Does AJO treat an overnight window (where End Time < Start Time) as a single block that concludes on Day+1? Because the profile arrived at 4:20 AM on Tuesday, did the system assign it to the "Tuesday Rule" (ending Wednesday 8 AM) instead of the "Monday Rule" (ending Tuesday 8 AM)? Is this behavior documented? What are your reccomendations? Thanks!

Hi there, I have created an audience in AJO which is updated daily by batch sync. This has been shared to a destination with no end date. Does this mean the audience shared will be updated daily (i.e. members no longer shared when they don’t qualify for an audience and new members shared when they qualify) until I stop sharing it?Thanks, Serena

Hi, I have enrolled in a Journey Optimizer course (AJO-BP200) but have come to a shuddering halt at an early stage. One of the first instructions is ‘Start the Simulation’. Where is this? This doesn’t appear to be a paid course, but I’m thinking it is and at the point of payment you get access to the Simulation? I’m unable to find it via the AJO within my standard working interface. Any ideas? Many Thanks in advance

Hi everyone,I’m just starting with Journey (this is my very first Journey on the Adobe platform) and I’m sending my first email communications.I’ve noticed that on my email, an additional message appears at the bottom of the email content:“Server responded with ‘Access denied’ – check your email address and password in the account settings and try again.”In Polish beacause i am Pole: “Serwer wysłał komunikat: Odmowa dostępu”This message is being appended directly to the email body, which of course should not be visible to recipients.My questions are:What exactly is this message and where does it come from (Journey itself, email configuration, SMTP server, etc.)? Why does it appear only in some emails and not all sends? How can I fix this and completely remove it so it is not added to production emails?

Hi Team -We have setup the audiences in AEP/AJO and also we have added the required asset id for japn region and once the AEP/AJO is processed email is getting deployed to all regions except for Japan. Note: we use AEP/AJO for audience build only. Need why Japan audiences are not receiving email and how to troubleshoot it

I am sending SMS text messages and need to adhere to quiet hours. I am having trouble building an expression in AJO that sends at 1 PM in the fans local time zone.

We are looking into custom solutions to archive email send out metadata. Like Email Subject, Send out time, content of the email, etc. We explored two options:BCC  Message Export & Entity DatasetsHowever is there any 3rd option which we can utilize here? Reason being, BCC can get expensive if you have so many send-outs. And Message Export/Entity Dataset exports can become complex if you have personalized content in your emails. Looking for some suggestions. Thanks!

Hello, we want to send gift vouchers to the winners of our prize competition with transactional emails.There is a possibility that some Clients may have won multiple prizes, so we need to send them several emails with different gift vouchers at the same email address.We have an Excel file with the target email addresses and the relative gift vouchers. In this file there are duplicated ids. We want to upload the file and make sure that Adobe Journey Optimizer sends multiple emails to the same duplicated ID/Addresses, each with its own gift voucher.The Excel file looks like this:In this example, ID 0000805085 needs to receive 2 emails, one with gift voucher 23A and one with 24B, at the same email address. How can we do this with Adobe Journey Optimizer in one single Journey?Thank you very much for your support Joseph

Hi everyone,We’re currently re-warming a subdomain that was previously warmed in Aug–Sep 2025, after a period of low volume.Since ramping up again (Feb), we’re seeing many Gmail bounces due to timeouts, classified as “Ignored” (not hard or soft).We also noticed the subdomain has DMARC set to p=none.Could this be impacting Gmail deliverability? Any recommendations to improve reputation during re-warming? Hi Community! I am writing seeking for help to set up a web channel in AJO. Use case: We are a university trying to personalize a banner in a student’s logged-in area using AJO. The desired journey is expected to read an audience from RTCDP and display the selected banner. Banners are only available on a specific page path, which looks like this:http://www.domain.com/student/{{program_type}}/{{program_id}} All other platform services are displayed on pages with additional routes, such as:http://www.domain.com/student/{{program_type}}/{{program_id}}/serviceshttp://www.domain.com/student/{{program_type}}/{{program_id}}/paymentshttp://www.domain.com/student/{{program_type}}/{{program_id}}/academic_progress Note that banners should not be displayed on these platform service pages (i.e., URLs with additional path segments). Given this, is there a way to configure a banner using the Web Channel in AJO?I am wondering if we could achieve this directly using the available settings. We have two custom actions in our journey. Based on these custom actions we personalize content in our channels.Eg:ProductCustomActionv1 and PriceCustomActionv1According to the setup, we first call ProductCustomActionv1 and then use the information in ProductCustomActionv1 to call PriceCustomActionv1 to find out the price and we use the price information in our channel(sms and email).Now if something changes in ProductCustomActionv1 and we created a new version ProductCustomActionv2 now we have to go manually to all steps within our journey to change the custom action reference. Instead if there is a custom action alias reference that is possible to set within the journey custom action configuration. then we don’t have to change anything within our journey.for ex: ProductCustomActionv1 is set with an alias pdtCustomAction, any new custom action I create I will also give the same alias then all the references of the custom action within the journey would automatically resolve. Please re

In my DSN (Adobe demo environment) I see such a field which can digest the asset directly from AEM Assets. However that field is a typical string. How to set up such field which can digest assets from AEM Assets?
