Lets assume that I want to create journey like this.

  1. Customer adds to cart. Did not make a purchase
  2. Then I would like to personalize web experience for that user

Journey looks as follows:

I did not find in the documentation. Is the experience only displayed once? May I somehow configure it to be displayed for 3 days & mulitple times if user follows is still in that journey? Any ideas?

If Customer flows into Journey once, then they will receive the code based experience only once.

Yes, you can configure to display the experience mutliple times, you just need to make sure that your Journey setting have Incremental read toggle off, and Allow reentrance is checked.

 Hi @Michael_Soprano ,

If you need the user to see the offer multiple times over 3 days, then you can design for re-entry or recurrence rather than trying to make one CBE node loop. Adobe’s journey entry model supports profiles entering again via reentrance controls, and recurring journeys re-enroll profiles on each recurrence.
