Standalone AJO (without AEP)

Hi All,

We have recently encountered a requirement which considers standalone AJO for real time notifications. (found some previous threads but re-posting it again in case there are any recent updates in this regard)

Possible scenario:
> External system aligned to push customer contactable information to AJO;
> AJO to design email templates;
> Another external system will trigger AJO Journey/Campaign via API;

Questions:
if you have seen any similar setup, then:
1> does standalone AJO have schema design capabilities?
2> does it have any source connectors like in AEP?

Regards,
Vineet Gehlot

@Vin_Adobe - It would be good to understand your preference to not use Adobe Experience Platform in conjunction with AJO. AJO remains an application service that sits on top of AEP.

That said - your use cases above can be achieved with Headless Campaigns within AJO. See here for more information:

@Vin_Adobe, This still remains the same, meaning that a standalone AJO is currently not possible.

Thanks, Sathees

Thanks @Ivan_Mironchuk @SatheeskannaK for your responses

We have been digging as well and understood that AJO/CJA/RTCP comes with AEP by default.

So; while scoping standalone AJO we have to scope for AEP as well. Same goes for standalone CJA or RTCDP licensing
