Hi Everyone,
I am working on push configuration in AJO.
I have enabled AJO profile dataset (profile enabled), AJO event dataset (profile enabled), Analytics dataset (not profile enabled) and other checkbox also enabled in datastream.
But I am seeing in assurance session that AJO is not enabled. App data is flowing in Analytics but its not getting recorded in AEP dataset. Can any suggest, what's causing issue.

@mrgupta There are multiple possible causes for AJO not being enabled in Assurance even after enabling profile and event datasets, and data only appearing in Analytics but not in AEP datasets.

@Mayank_Gandhi , yes it’s already in place and was working in dev instance earlier but we moved the configuration to stage env and updated env in extension but still dataset is still showing failed and in assurance log AJO is still showing not enabled. Any other configuration needs to be checked.

@mrgupta if its urgent I would suggest logging a support case so that an engineer can access and check the sandbox further.
