@RaviMRam the long lived process in html workspace is linked to the aem forms workflow created in the workbench as a process. For the step you are currently submitting check for the action and route in the process.https://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/10.0/WorkbenchHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb-1cc35bda128261a20dd-7e52.html

@crich2784 I assume you have a jee server as you are mentioning about the Forms API, just make sure PDF/XDP has schema bound to it and the schema is obtained from the xml you are trying to fill. This would work like a charm. You can use sample xml as well to bind the form in designer

@SebasRios34 There is a better and clean way to populate the dropdown with list rather than making a ajax call and parsing the whole data and setting a list. Use 'set options of' in visual or code editor and make service call..

@srujan1981 Designer print will not work in HTML. You can either download the pdf and print it or, call Window.print()

@tanmaysingh I know this can be a pain so easy way is to run LDD on the output service and it will give you all missing rpms.

Nothing unusual just include it in the group with different name. Unless you think the group policy conflict each other, for ex: one comp grp allows Text box and other doesn't

@Leena_1 You need to create and use service user for this. A service user is a JCR user with no password set and a minimal set of privileges that are necessary to perform a specific task. Having no password set means that it will not be possible to login with a service user.A way to deprecate an administrative session is to replace it with service user sessions. It could also be replaced by multiple sub-service users if needed. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/admini...

@ReluctantProgrammer Looks like a type mismatch between the object type and the value you are trying to set. "illegal value: cannot assign 'True' to xfa[0].form[0].form1[0].page1[0].table1[0].row5[0].headwaterExistingMain10[0].#value[0].#float[0]."

@crich2784 If you disable the sync your jee and OSGi will not be in sync and you will face issue in deploying LCA, HTML WS, or even XDP render. If app server is crashing it will be better to deep dive and capture the debug logs and thread dump to analyse further. Also, on side note check the number of assets in JEE db as the sync brings the JEE application assets to osgi.

@shyamasundar-ks You need to undertstand the area on which form objects are placed. The banner is not an area it's just info, which you will see it in HTML preview. You cannot put form object in that.

@phantomsalt You can put getdata call on submit and log the data in the console. https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-5/forms/javascript-api/GuideBridge.html guideBridge.getData({ success : function (guideResultObject) { console.log("data received" + guideResultObject.data); }, error : function (guideResultObject) { console.error("API Failed"); var msg = guideResultObject.getNextMessage(); while (msg != null) { console.error(msg.message); msg = guideResultObject.getNextMessage(); } } });
