Mobile App Data not flowing into AEP dataset

Hi Everyone, 

I am working on push configuration in AJO.

I have enabled AJO profile dataset (profile enabled), AJO event dataset (profile enabled), Analytics dataset (not profile enabled) and other checkbox also enabled in datastream.

But I am seeing in assurance session that AJO is not enabled. App data is flowing in Analytics but its not getting recorded in AEP dataset. Can any suggest, what's causing issue.

@mrgupta There are multiple possible causes for AJO not being enabled in Assurance even after enabling profile and event datasets, and data only appearing in Analytics but not in AEP datasets. 

1. Datastream Configuration:

In the Data Collection UI, under Datastreams, you should have:

  • Profile Dataset: Must select an AJO Push Profile Dataset (profile-enabled).
  • Event Dataset: Should select a dataset based on Experience Event schema; can be AJO Push Tracking Experience Event Dataset or your own event dataset (if profile-enabled, it can be used in segmentation/audiences).
  • AJO enabled: Ensure the Adobe Journey Optimizer toggle is switched ON in the Datastream service configuration.

2. Extension & Tag Configuration:

  • Make sure you have installed the Adobe Journey Optimizer extension in your Tag property.
  • The extension event dataset should be set to AJO Push Tracking Experience Event Dataset (for push tracking).

@Mayank_Gandhi , yes it’s already in place and was working in dev instance earlier but we moved the configuration to stage env and updated env in extension but still dataset is still showing failed and in assurance log AJO is still showing not enabled. Any other configuration needs to be checked.
