Hi Community:
I just activated a journey and I am entering the reports and I still do not get information. Is there any way to see the logs of those emails? For example: who opened, who clicked and those who had a bounce?

@andreacastillom : Have you tested your journey through a test profile? Refer to the below link by which you can test your journey and trigger it using a test profile. Once it's done, validate the view report section.
You can access the detailed list of excluded email addresses, go to Administration > Channels > Email configuration, and select Suppression list and filter on the Suppression category, Address type, or Reason. It will provide you list of bounced emails.

You can check the Journey stepevents dataset where you can find the Journey's every step details recorded. On another hand you can check CJA(if integrated) for further more details breakdown.
