I have created a unitary event with the following system managed schema -

Here i have my journey id from another journey which i have got the email and clicked on the CTA link. post publishing the event journey and i see inside my profile i have the interaction activity captured as well.
and also does events have draft & published status as well? because i don't see any from my end when created and directly using them in journey as well.
