Hi, We are trying to pull the collection value in an event condition on the sandbox environment, but it is showing as disabled, while hovering over that collection, its giving a popup to switch to advance mode. But advance mode is not showing in that condition, Can anybody suggest why?

Advanced mode is not available for event creation. All you have to create event condition to allow more records into the event using operators available and then in the journey use condition activity to identify right set of records. Again you will not be able to use array items (ex. Product list items) to define event condition. One thing to note incase if you want to edit the event which is already attached to journey remove the event from journey and go back to event configuration to update the condition.
