Anyone using custom provider for SMS?

I'm trying to implement a use case for SMS communication and since the SMS provider we have is not out of the box in AJO. I'm using custom provider option available as part of Beta program.
I have configured API credential(with endpoint, API token, payload), channel surface. When I use SMS action in Journey it is not sending an SMS to the end user. I see "Internal_server_error" with 500 code, in the report.

If anyone aware of such issue or using Beta function, appreciate any insights on this.

@parmeshwarr3905 In case the error logs provide no additional details beyond 'Internal Server Error,' please reach out to Adobe Support for further assistance

I set up a custom SMS provider by using the External Service with a custom action, added the proper headers and payload format, and it worked once the credentials matched what the provider needed.
