Recommendation Feed Building

We don't have SKUs attached to products. Our product hierarchy works like this:

Product Line -> Product Category -> Product Family -> Product Part No. 

In the process of building the recommendation engine major challenge we have is filling the feed template for the target. That CSV asks for entity ID in the first column which we are having a hard time figuring out what will go there.

And, what about if we don't have all the fields available with us to fill it out in this feed CSV file? custom field columns I understand can be ignored but what about the rest of them? Do they need to be passed with info? We can't leave them empty? For example for inventory and stuff, we go via disturber portals not directly by our site so in that case we can't have info for "entity. inventory"

And, then what about the Location to upload this CSV file? Can you share a reference example path to understand with an elaborate explanation about the path? The documentation is a bit unclear for recommendation experience.

Dear @JyotiSharmaV ,

1. Entity ID is nothing but a unique identifier for the product. So, whatever the unique identifier for the product, add it here.

2. Only Entity ID is mandatory. Rest can be empty.
