My large form (17 tables) opens fine on my developer machine, but when deployed to other environments it fails to open with the "cannot serve request" error. Error logs on both AEM and server side do not show any errors. Unfortunately we are still on 6.3

Every time when i try to click over edit rules either in text box or submit button it gets stuck and does not work after trying for long time. 

It appears that Wizard Layout allows to create Multi-Step forms in Adaptive Forms. Is it possible to leverage Adaptive Forms for dynamically generating PDFs based on input from a Multi-Step Form? If so, kindly provide the steps for generating PDFs.
