How to install an imported package

Avatar

Hi all,

I have succesfully exported a package from staging to prod. But I can't see it once I import it into production. The package is just a workflow and going to tools>advanced> import and importing the package all works fine but once this is complete I dont know where the package is.

Please advise

Thanks so much in advance to anyone who helps!

Hi alexanderb67059973,

The package which you have exported, it will be an XML file.

If you go through the contents of it, there will be a node at last specifying the folder.

Hi alexanderb67059973,

Is the request for ACC or ACS?

f you open the package XML, at the bottom there will be an AML node stating the folder details where the import will happen. After successful import the workflow will be located in that folder

Hi Vipul,

THis is for ACC. There is no folder specification after importing the XML. It just has a close button after the import is complete.

Also thanks for all your help around the forums. You are doing great work
