I'm assuming you don't have access to the Message Center execution instance.You will need support's help to create the same option on RT side. This option will not get published as part of the template publishing and hence has to be manually created.

Hi mustafaa6441711,With the current ACS version this is not doable or better to say that the feature is not available.You can use a landing page to only modify profile or a resource directly linked to profile.Any disconnected custom resource will have to be modified using a new feature coming out in May release. The problem is here in your POST call. you are sending empty data for profile creation in Campaigndata={}Please send a proper payload.Also get in touch with your conterpart who has access to the Campaign instance. Hi Sol,You can achieve that by dynamically modifying the Initialization Script of the delivery activity.As you can see here I've provided the primary ID of the delivery template I wish to employ. As soon as you get a new event related to that delivery, the email delivery status will get set to InProgress followed by Finished or Retry Pending.Before deciding on deletion, we should help identify why it is failing. I have a feeling that your unsubscribe landing page has been designed to unsubscribe the profile from a particular service.
