Adobe Campaign Standard: Update Delete data inside an Audience

Avatar

Level 2

Dear community members,

Is there any way we can delete or update a specific record inside an Audience, not the complete Audience?

Any suggestion will be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

@NavinK7 You can't update a particular row in the audience rather than see if you can append the data instead of completely replacing it.

@SatheeskannaK Thank you for the response. I am aware of the functionality of either adding to the current audience or completely replacing it. However, I have a campaign workflow running that is sending email periodically after reading an audience which is periodically updated. But, this whole process is manual. The user creates the audience by replacing completely and then triggers the campaign workflow manually. The task is to automate the process. My approcah was to create the audience with a workflow(with append approach) and then trigger the campaign workflow with a schedular. The content of the audience was to be deleted after the email has been sent.

I would think of an approach where you can have a separate workflow to load the audience, and when it's completed, use an external signal to trigger the campaign workflow using the audience created. You will be able to automate both the audience setup and campaign workflow.
