Does the date time field entered through api gets change and store according to the database timezone?

Since the last update of Campaign Standard we don't see the Prefix for Testmails anymore which normally stands before the subject. I checked the settings of the email and there everthing's correct.   Is this a known bug?

Hi, For a given delivery, we have found that some emails with error status (i.e. Mailbox Full) in sending logs but those emails have open/clics records in tracking logs.
