Adobe Campaign Standard

Hi,The delivery rate is very low, for the reason being email addresses are quarantined.But when I actually look into any of the recipient record, I don't see any "No longer contact" checked. Can you please help? What could be the reason?Regards,Priyanka

By default, the proof limit on a delivery in Adobe Campaign is 100 users. Is it possible to adjust this? If so, how?
