Hi ,I would like to match a string from a list of files present in SFTP and pick only those files containing my string. For exampleI want to pick 'File SMS Extract.csv' or 'File Voice Extract.csv' from SFTP and not 'File Email Extract.csv' from FTP.I have tried using filters like File [SMS|Voice] Extract.csv , File (SMS|Voice)* Extract.csv. Hi,I found a solution.Emails to my official ID was blocked, as I was repeatedly sending out test emails to my official ID. Once I changed the subject of my email, emails started to pop into my inbox Regards,Priyanka

Hi team,I have a strange issue happening in Message Center. Email is not delivered for a particular template (one template only) to my official email ID, but the email is delivered to gmail ID. For all other templates I receive emails to my official ID, so I think it is not a blacklist issue. I'm explaining in detail below.When I Trigger a SOAP call for Copy of RTCP PM34 English template, particularly to my official ID, I don't receive email whereas I receive it for gmail ID. Hi team,I have a doubt related to same thread. One of the recipient is unable to send proof to herself, reason being - Inbound email bounce (rule 'Auto_replies' has matched this bounce). Hi, The campaign did not send out any delivery because of the following error 13/04/2018 05:17:13 Failed Unreachable xxxx806@gmail.com The file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/datakit/nms/eng/schema/deliveryAlert.xml' does not exist on the server. Unable to load the document of identifier 'nms:deliveryAlert' and type 'xtk:schema'. Reply address is empty. Cannot deliver the message. The campaign is in the Retry pending status.
