When I add two or more segments by holding down the ctrl key on my keyboard on a data warehouse report, is the resulting data considering the segments as 'OR' or 'AND'. Segments are separated by commas in the report preview.  Please help!!

Hello,I wish to build a segment which will exclude the traffic from chrome 48.0 after mid February only. See attached screenshot of my attempt which is not working. I've tried to combine Timestamp > date + Chrome 48 traffic.Thanks,Marc
