Adobe Analytics

Every time I run a DMA report I am only ever to download 5 DMAs at a time. I have tried everything:  all file formats, zipping, sending directly to my email. Nothing works!  Can you help?I should mention this DMA report includes a "Broken down by:  Device Type"
