Adobe Analytics

Hello out there! I need to know how to create a "URL Report". I'm expecting to be able to sort and filter all the data associated with a specific URL. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

I created a scheduled project to be sent hourly, but this project is barely sent daily and sometimes not at all, all other projects are being sent fine except this one.  I have no idea what is going on.
