I have a trouble to view the dashboards, where 'Failed to load page' is displayed. Can someone help me to address this issue?

@sasuzuki - Could you check in browser's developer console or network tab if you are seeing any errors? Alternatively, you can reach out to Adobe Customer Care and they will look into it.
