Adobe Analytics

I'm creating a report to find out the number of visits according to Browser type based on the day. Date Range - 1st Jan 2020 - 31st Dec 2020.   It takes forever to retrieve data for Adobe, what can be the solution to retrieve it fast?

When we exclude any IP addresses from Adobe Analytics (identified as Bots),Does that remove any data from captured from those IP addresses going forward or does that deletes the previously captured data also.
