Activity Map not working

Hi all,

 

I am trying to enable activity map. Have followed the 3 steps as well.

 

The App measurement code is also updated with the latest version. Enabled the Activity Map reports too, still cannot see any data.

 

It's already in the production env., and later I have enabled activity map, so do I need to reshare the launch script again?

 

Additionally, I'm little unsure if any script or code needs to be placed by the developer in the website code as well apart from the launch script?

 Are you able to observe any Activity Map data from the network traffic? Like the attached using the Omnibug browser extension, I can see this on my company website.

So no activity map data sending to Adobe Analytics. Are you using Adobe Launch to implement tracking and using Adobe Analytics extension? There is a checkbox in the extension configuration to turn on Activity Map.

Yes using Adobe Launch for tracking, activity map in adobe extension is turned on.

Please try to use the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger to see if the Activity Map is there.

Checked using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, it does show Activity Map.

Then are you able to see any activity map data on the Analytics tab in the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger? So far the configuration sounds right but just no activity map data sending out. You may PM your site URL to me to have a look.

Hi @leocwlau ,

 

the site is in the development phase.

 

I have checked in the workspace reports and can see the dimension and metrics for activity map.

 

On the other hand, I want to see data in tabular format via the activity map plugin but it just shows loading, any solution for that?

Wish to get clear on the situation. Are you able to see activity map data captured in beacon inspection using Omnibug or Adobe Experience Platform Debugger?

If yes, are you able to see data in Workspace as well?

Now the question seems to be seeing Activity Map data overlay on the website with the browser plugin. There is actually not much you can do just install the plugin and connect to your account without too much configuration.

Yes, the activity map is seen on the omnibug, adobe extension debugger and workspace reports.

So the tracking is working well and only the Activity Map browser plugin not showing data.

As per my previous message that there is not much to do for the browser plugin. In case of trouble, you can try Troubleshooting browser extensions | Adobe Analytics and see if that help.
