Has anyone had any issue viewing segments after opening a shortened link report or clicking on a report in a dashboard? The segment menu just keeps loading and nothing shows up. It's odd because only some users are experiencing this issue. 

I have one user who  sees dim screen when logging in - cannot get past the strange overlay.  I'm guessing it is an error which the welcome box but it's consistent across all browsers.   I can login fine.   I've tried to login as the user and it happens on my machine.  see screenshot.
