where to get help for the implement plan of Adobe Analytics

Hi,

Our company is considering to implement the Adobe Analytics to help us with our business in Hongkong office, Japan office and China mainland office. Before the big decision we would like to evaluate the functionality and the feasibility, also we need a detailed budget plan and contract details for the implementation. I have tried to contact Adobe Japan office but no response has been received yet. What should we do to get the help?
