Downloading a report as a PDF (or Excel, Word etc) is no longer working for me. I click Download, then PDF, but it times out without downloading. I'm using Chrome and have cleared cache/history - still no good.Anyone have any ideas?

Hello,How can I un-favorite a report? When I X out from the menu or un-click the star I get a confirmation message "Are you sure you want to unfavorite?" I click yes but when I refresh it is still there.
