Hi, I would like to know the possibility of getting instance details within a schema similar to $(login). Idea is to add a default value in an attribute automatically based on instance value on inserting new records in a schema.I am keen to get a solution other than functions or storeprocedures that can be used within a schema Thanks

I have a email delivery that is showing as sent in logs for an email address, I also checked in profile and see a sent event for that DM associated with that same email.when I checked delivery summary report and use the correct date filter, it shows the sent count as zero. can someone please help.

I have been testing out conditional content within our transactional message in V8 however I can't seem to get it to work when there is a 'Null' condition present. The piece of Javascript I am using is: <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != '') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %> When I use <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != 'variable name') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %>  it seems to work fine however when I change it to a blank input it fails again. What am I doing incorrectly in the transactional message HTML editor compared to the normal delivery HTML editor as the same piece of code works there (obviously changing the variable name to be targetData rather than ctx)

Hi there,We have extended trackingUrl schema to add a new attribute which will hold a value against URLs in the email along with label. Schema changes are published. Now I need this new field to show up like Label field when I open the tracking & images window from delivery template. Which input form need to be updated? Hi, Is there a special method to delete schemas via javascript? The following generates an error:xtk.session.Write(<schema _operation="delete" xtkschema="xtk:sourceSchema" _key="@name" id={schemaName} />) The error:11/20/2025 12:29:20 PM XFR-180000 The file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/datakit/xtk/eng/schema/sourceSchema.xml' does not exist on the server. Hi!  i just trying to make a soap call to retrieve the full list of activities (nodes) defined in a workflow — i.e., every element in the workflow diagram — using SOAP API. Hi, I am experiencing a problem with my deliveries.The workflow stops, pauses, and the logs show the message ‘table or view does not exist’.A delivery was made on a test environment, with a single workflow running, and the error appears on the first execution of the workflow.What could be causing this error?To my knowledge, Adobe Campaign deletes its temporary tables once the workflow has completed.However, in my case, the problem occurred during the execution of the workflow.I need to know what could be causing this Oracle error: ‘ORA-00942: Table or view does not exist’, and the various possibilities. Kind regards,

Hi, We need to fetch the personalized subject line for Message Center broad Logs nms:broadLogEventHisto. Currently its is stored in the field [delivery/mailParamters/subject]. But it is storing as Hi <%=rtEvent.ctx.firstname%>, where as the expected value is "Hi Lakshmi".Could any one please let me know the better approach to use activities instead of Javascript, since JS is taking so long time when tried.  

How to find out which attributes are being used from List in the live workflows. Eg : if a list have 100 attributes in the list, then how many are being used in live workflows and need to remove the unused from the list.  

Hello All!  I'm working on a project to place content into our email using java script and content blocks. I created the content block with the script and place the <script> in the head of my email. When I test it with both the "send test" and actual sending of the email to myself the email is blank. The content block loads in the deployment screen. It does not load in the preview screen when you are in the editor.Can some one help? I might be setting up the content block wrong.

Is there a way to set up some delivery urls what will track a click, but not open a web page?We would like to include some type of "rate my experience" element into some of our service emails, probably with an image of 1 to 5 stars. The complication is that management doesn't want it to direct anywhere and be handled completely in the email. I guess it would be 5 links (one for each star) embedded in each image.My searching isn't showing any out of the box solution. But I wondered if anyone has found a way to accomplish this.Cheers

Is it possible to sync an AEM email template for a transactional message in Message Center? I don't see documentation one way or another. This would be for a real-time event triggered campaign.

before disable action from the ACS UI for a user, I want to make sure that there are no workflows created by that user in the account/application.how can I check that, is there anything else I need to validate before deactivating the user account from the ACS UI?

Hi, I queried an audience group who have received a previous email from us and would like to split this further into 8 segments based on subscribers actions. In each segmentation, I used tracking logs for email clicks, labels of buttons from the previous email and delivery label of the previous email. The workflow was fine and it got stuck/long run time at the segmentation node, node is green and not red. 1 of the segments was derived and it hang there. The audience group is slightly more than 300k. Does anyone know where went wrong? For advise please. Thank you.

Hi, I have created one simple workflow in which first activity is JS Code - here, I am trying to store value in instance variable. I have logged this and it is showing under journal. Second acitivity is query in which I am fetching test account and this is working. Third activity is the recurring delivery. I am trying to show instance variable in this delivery. Hi everyone,I have a lot of workflows in Adobe Campaign where I need to update and replace a specific attribute with another attribute.I was wondering if it's possible to use JavaScript to directly update the XML and perform a replace operation. For example, I want to locate [agreementLink/XYZ/@123] in the xml-code and replace it with [agreementLink/ABC/@456] in every row I can find it.I believe it should be technically possible, has anyone successfully done something similar? Hi,I'm looking for a way to successfully update the contact date for already scheduled delivery. The delivery is scheduled via Scheduling > Schedule delivery (automatic execution when the scheduled date is reached), the workflow with it is executed and the delivery is prepared and has status "Start pending".What I tried is to update the contact date from js:var deliveryId = 123; var updatedTime = "2025-10-27T09:00:00.000Z"; var del = nms.delivery.load(deliveryId); del.scheduling.contactDate = new Date(updatedTime); del.save();The script successfully updates the contact date, but the delivery is sent at original time not updated one. I think that there is some interim schema which also needs to be updated.Any clues how it can be done? The setup should work in v8.
