I am trying to run a scenario that will trigger when a custom field is edited. The issue I am having is configuring a filter based on the oldState value being blank. Meaning if the field changes, but data existed in the field prior to the change, the scenario will not proceed. How can I configure a module to read the values of the oldState shortly after the trigger? Thank you

Is there any Marketo API to set expiration date for local assets?I am using an integration tool to setup campaigns. Once the campaign has ended, I would like the API to end the campaign based on the expiration date. Currently, we do it manually. Is there a way to do it through API?

Hi, I have created one simple workflow in which first activity is JS Code - here, I am trying to store value in instance variable. I have logged this and it is showing under journal. Second acitivity is query in which I am fetching test account and this is working. Third activity is the recurring delivery. I am trying to show instance variable in this delivery. I have added "script" in this delivery and I have also added "variable" under properties. However, emails are not being sent at all. I have followed step as per URL - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic/tuesday-tech-bytes-adobe-campaign-classic/m-p/627479/highlight/true#M2588 @parthasarathy - can you please help? JS Code 1. instance.vars.temp = functioname('parameters');2. logInfo(instance.vars.temp); Query 1. Helo ~ I am trying to add a column to a Proof-centric report that lists the name(s) of people tagged in a proof as a Reviewer. All I can seem to do is list the Approver. Has anyone done that? Thanks,~ Bradley

I created a lookup schema with a person identifier as its primary identity and linked it to a profile schema. Dataset associated to the lookup schema has been enabled for profile as I need the lookup data in audience builder. I’m not seeing the data from lookup dataset in my customer profile as expected for a lookup dataset. So, why does Adobe official documentation insist on having a non-person identifier as the primary identity of a lookup schema? Are there any hidden disadvantages? If yes, are they mentioned in any Adobe docs?

Hello AA / ARB Community - are Dependent Data Blocks not a thing in the new Adobe Report Builder?  I can only find very brief info about dependent data blocks for Legacy Report Builder.  Is there a new way to do this, or some new vocabulary around it? Thanks for reading and for any ideas.

I am running my AEMaaCS local SDK and I keep getting ERROR likecom.adobe.aem.wcm.dataplane.rewriter.MetaTagExternalPageIdTransformer authorSourceLocator is null. AEM_SERVICE env var is missing or malformedI am starting the AEM instance with java -jar aem-author-dev-p4502.jar -r author, dev, localI tried setting AEM_SERVICE = “author”environment variable (in addition to other vars I am setting), but it does not helpIt may be harmless, but its polluting my logs and is annoying when trying to find real errors.Whats the proper value to set, to silence this?

I am testing out the interactive webinars with Adobe connect integration. I am using my own email accounts to test but after successfully registering with the email address once, I receive the "Registration Error" status for any consecutive registrations under the same email address. The status reason is 'Error registering with webinar provider. exception='Failed to get the data from connect'.  When trying new email addresses the registration works correctly. Is this an issue with duplicates being created in Adobe Connect or is it a connection issue between Marketo Engage and Adobe Connect?

Hi all,I hope you are doing well! This is continution to while upgrading to AEM 6.5 LTS i’m facing challenges with guava library replacement/alternatives.as per the LTS analyzer guidance, “The `15.0.0.0002` bundle version of Guava is no longer available out of the box in AEM 6.5 LTS due to critical security vulnerabilities. Please update and use latest non-vulnerable version of guava.”, so started with using latest versions with no vulnerabilities.<!-- Source: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.google.guava/guava --><dependency>    <groupId>com.google.guava</groupId>    <artifactId>guava</artifactId>    <version>33.5.0-jre</version>    <scope>compile</scope></dependency> This is working at Java side but not at AEM instance, because there is no such library provided by Adobe runtime, so we need to embed this ourselves in our application generated bundle, this is failed because ‘com.google.guava’ bundle is a multi-rele

Hi ,I am seeing below error since a week while creating a new product profile in the admin console. How do I resolve this?

What is the difference between these two? These are event propositions returned after Page View event. What is the difference between Decisions and Propositions?

Hi! I am getting a lot of conflicting information about marking custom fields in-active once I move them to an Admin section of a request form. My end goal is to make sure all of these old custom fields remain in my historical reporting. By marking them in-active, am I inadvertantly removing them from my historical reporting? I thought in-active was just making sure these custom fields are no longer active. Any guidance or insight is greatly appreciated. I have a huge update next week that I am prepping for! I want to make sure everything is done correctly. :-)  As always, this community rocks. 😁

With the newest updates to the Learn area for Workfront, I'm wondering if anyone has put together any training plans to make the data a more cohesive flow.    Examples: Getting to know Workfront Workfront for Workers Workfront for Planners Workfront for Admins Workfront for collaborators/requesters/reviewers     I previously had one, but all the links are broken so looking for fresh ideas before I rebuild.

I’m trying to create a segment that has condition for ‘From this date’ but am struggling to find that. Scenario: We capture the product a customer buys and have a custom metric that measures the % of visits that upgraded this product in session. We’ve extended this product tracking to another brand so want to add to the same metric, however existing sales are bringing this down. Metric is:Brand has upgrade option (Customer Upgraded (Orders) / Orders )Brand A has had product tracking all year, Brand B only had product tracking added this week but had order tracking all year. I need to add a date measure for Brand B with in my ‘Brand has upgrade option’ segment so the existing orders don’t dilute my metric before the tracking was added….

Hello - Does the priorities table in Workfront Home display items (tasks) only when the project status is set to current, and not show them when the status is planning? Can someone confirm please?

Is there a way to add a default value to a hidden field only if the field is blank in the database? So if the person is a known record, the hidden field should get the default value only if it didn’t have a recorded value initially. If there was a recorded value initially, it should not be overwritten by the default value.

Hello - On a WF custom request form, I am trying to create a calculated field that totals the values generated in other calculated fields. If it matters, the other calculated fields plus corresponding fill-in fields for quantity entries are set to display only when a selection is made from a separate dropdown field. For the other calculated fields, I am multiplying the quantity entries by specific numbers using the PROD expression: e.g.,  PROD({DE:Ad or Graphic Qty},100)So, the user selects one or more choices from a dropdown field (e.g., Ad or Graphic)A new field/fields then displays to enter a quantity for the selected option (Ad or Graphic Qty - this field formatted as a number). The PROD calculated field (Ad or Graphic Cost - also formatted as a number) also then displays. This calculated field works as expected. The last calculated field is set up to SUM all of the previous calculated fields, but the number always comes up as 0: e.g., SUM({DE:Ad or Graphic Cost}, {DE:Banner-Std Co

I am running a scenario that parses a date incoming from a csv. For some reason my result keeps returning blank. Is there something I am missing in my variable? Image of parsed .csv parseDate Variable Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

When our instance was set up back at the start of 2023, we requested a custom de-dupe based on first name, last name, email address. All three fields have to match otherwise a new record is created. We have an API integration with our CRM. Any newly created or updated records are batched into a CSV which is sent via the API to be absorbed by Marketo. At around the start of February, I noticed that leads with the same email address, but different names were no longer matching for an update, instead, the names were being overwritten (in some cases actually creating duplicates).Does anyone have any idea what might have happened to cause this? It has to be at the Marketo end, as we are not doing any matching, the API is just sending up a CSV.I have a ticket open, but support have suggested the issue is with our CRM. This simply cannot be the case.

Hi. I am having a problem with arrays in profile attributes and need guidance.I am performing a proof of concept of arrays on profile attributes applying mapping functions. I have an XDM Individual Profile schema that, among its fields, there is an array of strings. In the same way, I have a dataset based on that schema.I am using the Local File Upload source to upload CSV files. I have the following CSV files:test1.csvID_CLIENTE_CORE, ARRAY T0000000001, Hellotest2.csvID_CLIENTE_CORE, ARRAY T0000000001, FriendWhen it comes to mapping, I create a calculated field as follows:upsert_array_append(to_array(false, ARRAY)) Let me explain why I use these mapping functions:to_array(value): This function converts a string, for example 'Hello', into an array. This causes 'Hello' to become ['Hello']. [1]upsert_array_append(value): This function, in theory and following the Data Prep documentation, adds all elements of the full input array to the end of the array in Profile. This generates, in

Hi,In the pref center form in Marketo, there are 22 different client interests (like events, webinars, newsletters…..) which is in checkbox(boolean). Inorder to make it bidirectional, we tried the normal procedure which is creating 22 sfdc custom fields and mapping it with marketo for bidirectional flow)Is there any other way other than this approach (instead of creation 22 individual custom fields), kindly share your thoughts. Thanks!

My understanding is that the record deletion feature is mainly for cleanup of anonymous/test data and CCPA (privacy service) is for deleting opt out of sale, or user's personal data, but do both options functionally achieve the same result? Here’s my scenario:I accidentally deleted a test record using a CCPA request. The record was a merged profile with 3 identities: SSID (primary key), ECID, and phone. After the CCPA deletion (based on phone), the record no longer had the phone number as an identifier. At the profile level, I only saw SSID and ECID. This is what I was expecting.Later, I ingested a new phone number against the SSID (primary key).Expectation: The phone number should again appear as an identifier at the profile level.Issue: The dataset has phone defined as an identifier, but the new phone number is not showing up as an identifier under the profile.Could this behavior be related to the earlier CCPA deletion? nnakirikanti, Tof_Jossic,NimashaJaincan you please h
