I am planning to take up Adobe RTCDP business practitioner certification, been using cdp for an year. There is so much in the UI, how to remember everything, any suggestions are appreciated.

We don’t need to memorize everything, instead, we need to understand the overall data flow.

  1. First, it is important to understand how data enters RTCDP through Edge, Streaming, and Batch ingestion and how this data is built into profiles within AEP.
  2. Second, we should focus on the audience segment creation approach, including different operators and their use cases.
  3. Finally, we need to understand how destinations are activated.

If we are clear on these fundamental concepts, it becomes much easier to grasp other related features.
