I have a Report Builder report that runs as expected when I update the data blocks manually, but if I try to schedule it, it fails. I'm looking for a reason why it failed, but "Error: 8018" is the only thing I see. Nothing complex about the report. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Guides allows the ability to view the differences between versions of the same topic. In this view there are red and green bars indicating additions and deletions. They are displayed side by side in the left margin in the location the change was made.In Native PDF you can do this too, and there are OOTB templates with styles to display the bars. However, the green bar, unlike in the Guides editor, always overwrites the red bar. The only styles that I see for this bar are as follows:.inserted-change-bar { -ro-change-bar-color: #2ECC40; } .deleted-change-bar { -ro-change-bar-color: #FF6961; }I tried to add a margin to one of them but it did not work. How can I offset one of the bars so that they both display when a line has both an addition and a deletion?

Hi Team, There is a requirement regarding Launch implementation, It is to fire an 'eventx' after every session is complete for a visitor. The above eventx should only fire when :a) event : userUpdateand b) user is logged inAnd we need to fire this event consistently after every session provided the user is logged in. It should not be the case, that a guest user has this event fire though it wont, because condition a needs to true.I was trying for the Max frequency condition but I read in the below link,  it has certain conditions to be fulfilled regarding visitor session count and max freq session count, how basically it works?  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/client/core/overviewPlease add in your thoughts how we can achieve the above requirement. Thanks in Advance.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had experience using the extensions in the title. In particular, I needed to understand for: GoogleAds 1) First of all Why I can't find the standard https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/advertising/goog... in my catalog? I has had to install the Google Global Site Tag, less documented... 2) With this extension is it necessary to implement client-side logic for data propagation to GADS or are server-side configurations enough? and if so, does anyone know which configuration works? I've tried dozens in vain... For Pinterest and Bing I haven't ventured yet, perplexed by the results of this integration...but if anyone has any suggestions, they are welcome. Thanks in advance, good work

Recently we have launched our first journey with Email channel in AJO so when I see CTR its not showing proper result. Can you help with the formula which you use to calculate CTR in AJO. Src shot shared for your reference.

AEM as cloud service Hi Team, We need to store metadata — specifically the page path and timestamp — so that a scheduler can later pick it up and create a content package based on that path. Can we store this data under /var/project/storeData in AEM as a Cloud Service? We intend for this data to exist only on the author instance and not be replicated to publish. Thanks, Geo

Hi All,We have an existing AJO email journey which runs in real time and send email to the end user/customers.  We have a new requirement to share this same email content to other department within the organization like agent / customer care team for a reference. we need to share each users email content to these teams like how end user seeing their email. Is there any way we can achieve this.?

Hi everyone,In our AEM as a Cloud Service project, we are generating an **access token inside an OSGi service class**. Every time we call the method in this service, it generates a **new token**.The requirement is:* The token should be **generated only once every 24 hours*** The same token should be **reused across all publish instances** within that 24-hour windowSince AEM as a Cloud Service is **stateless** and each publish instance runs independently, using in-memory storage or static variables doesn’t help — the token is regenerated on every call from different instances. Is there any feasible or recommended way to store and share this token across all publish instances in AEM as a Cloud Service?Looking for a lightweight, cloud-compatible solution. Appreciate any guidance! Thanks!

Hi folks, I need a quick check on my understanding about email deduping. This issue came up because for an email we sent to a Prospect that is also a customer in a different Brand. We are identifying both of these with a custom field called "Brand Comms owner" in smart list.  How do I make sure that lists remain clean while sending emails. Thanks in advance

I have got two questions regarding Alerts:1. Is it possible to set up Email Alert that some Data Ingestion workflow failed etc? Do you know any workaround?2. How to set up custom Alert? I do not see that in my UI. I am admin in my env

Hi everyone,I'm running some tests with a delivery in Adobe Campaign and I’d like to know if it's possible to manually modify the number of recipients shown in the "To send" field (for example, for testing or simulation purposes). Is there any way to adjust this value either before sending or during the preparation phase?I’d really appreciate any guidance or insights you can share. Thanks in advance  @parthasarathy @_manoj_kumar_ @parvesh_parmar

Hello Community friends!   It's been a while since I asked a question and while it's not Friday, it's close enough 😋 Looking for some advice/knowledge from my esteemed peers.   One of the current emails I'm working on requires a blank "mailto:" link in a CTA button that's edited from the module information on the right side/pane. When I add mailto:?subject=your%20subject&body=your%20body into the settings (I'm also playing with some additional content for subject and body content) and test the link (either in preview or in a sample email), it opens up a new, blank window; no email editor pops up (I'm using Google Workspace if that helps troubleshoot).   It looks like, from other posts I've read, that it might not be possible in a CTA module vs a text area (I'm sure I've used them in more than just text links but perhaps I'm misremembering) , so I was wondering: Is that the correct assumption? If so, can I use a token to make this work? If so, would

Hi all, Is there a way I can get Fusion to read the EXIF information in a downloaded image and use the values in the scenario ?Thanks

I'm trying to pull the text from descriptive text fields into a calculated field that starts with an if statement, but I can't get the text to show I can only get it if its a text field. Any suggestions on pulling descriptive text from those fields ? Below is the if statement I started with. IF({DE:GF Paid Media Type}="TikTok",CONCAT({DE:Companion Assets for TikTok Paid Media},"",{DE:TikTok Video Specs},"",{DE:Copy for TikTok Assets Paid Media}),"")

I am trying to send a page variant from Unbounce into a Marketo field. The page exists in Unbounce, but includes a Marketo form. I have a field on the Marketo form to capture the value. I have tried to use all the Autofill options: URL ParameterCookie ValueReferrer Parameter None of them work. I checked the page and there are three options that contain the value"variantId":"bf" variant=bf <input type="hidden" name="pageVariant" value="bf"> I want the "bf" value to populate into the Marketo form field. Is there any way to achieve this without using a query string?

I am suddenly unable to view any subfolder contents within the Adobe Campaign Client Console desktop application. Note that the WebUI works fine to view and edit any file, but many of our Workflows do not work when ran from the WebUI so that isn't a possible work-around for this. What I have tried so far:Adjusting permissions - I'm an admin in the system and so I tried adjusting the permissions of folders read/write access - no change.Cleared local cache - no changeUninstalled / Reinstalled - no changeRepeated uninstall -> then deleted the Neolane directory in AppData/Roaming/Neolane -> Reinstalled - no changeDragging mouse between where subfolders normally display and the display of the last item worked on in that subfolder allows me to slide the view panels left and right when the tree view is showing but I can not drag up or downDouble clicking or checking the enlarge view icon shwo the subfolder full screen but with no contentsChecking the content ordering of the subfold

Hello! I'm creating a proof report to display all outstanding proofs for a team. If a proof only requires one approval at each stage, how can I filter this out of my report? Currently, the report shows a high number of proofs that need approval, even when a team member has approved them, as the user did not personally approve the proof. I have already included filters to exclude cases where the approval stage is 'Approved' and include proofs where the approver's decision is 'Pending.' Can anyone provide guidance on how to refine these filters? Thank you

Hello. As per the question topic. We have examples of individuals who have been sent emails from Adobe campaign, the Adobe campaign tracking log shows email opens and clicks, with the click being a URL/Link to a page on our website. We have Adobe analytics etc running on our website yet the data feeds we get back from Adobe Analytics DO NOT contain the traffic for the individual that clicked on the link and in theory went to our website. Can the user put anything in place to stop the traffic/data being scraped ? ThanksLee
