Due to Marketo database limits, we need to purge inactive people in Marketo (we will not purge in Salesforce). Because Marketo deletions do not sync to Salesforce, after a purge when the same person re-enters Marketo and is recreated—the native sync creates a new Salesforce Lead instead of linking to the existing record. This is causing a lot of duplicates in SFDC. Does Marketo have the capability to correlate to an existing Salesforce record and only create a new Lead if one doesn’t already exist? Is this a common issue other companies face, and how do you handle it?

Hi everyone,I’ve created some audiences in Adobe Target using the API and noticed they appear as type “Adobe Target Classic”, which means they can’t be edited in the UI.Before I proceed with creating the rest the same way, I wanted to check - do these API-created audiences have any other limitations besides being non-editable in the Target UI?Thanks in advance for any insights.

Hi All, Need help with a few clarifications. I have an AEM 6.5.21 on prem instance running on RHEL VM. TarMK is being used as the node store and File System Data Store for datastore. The datastore size currently is ~ 260GB.Under Operations dashboard I can see:Under Daily Maintenance Task (Runs from 02:00 – 05:00): I have Lucene Binaries Cleanup and Revision Clean Up. Both Tasks currently have a green checkmark displayed next to it with a message succeeded, which makes me believe they successfully ran.Under Weekly maintenance task (Runs every Saturday from 01:00 – 02:00):I can see Data Store Garbage collection has successfully run previous Saturday and is scheduled to run upcoming Saturday at 01:00:00 . When I open the configuration for DataStoreGarbageCollectionTask, I can see the checkbox for  granite.maintenance.mandatory is not selected.The Workflow Purge is successful and AuditLog Maintence (Failed) tasks are also present.Under the  SegmentNodeStoreService confi

Hi, I have a report with 3 level of OR statements. Is it possible to utilize the replication agents or a similar mechanism from an author instance to distribute content to an S3 bucket?  I don't intend to use S3 for the entire instance's datastore, I only need certain content directories.  My desire is to have a push mechanism in place rather than a side loaded script that will export data from my AEM instance and then push to downstream to S3.   Apologies for the vague nature of my query as I can only provide so much information due to the sensitive nature of the project.   Additional info : 6.5 SP18 On premise installation on RHEL

Hi All, We are on AEM as Cloud Service and we are using CIF to connect to commerce.While authoring the products/categories, AEM is making an "IntrospectionQuery" call to commerce. This call gets the response but AEM is not making any more subsequent calls to fetch the products/category. Because of which, we are unable to author the products. Can you please help in what can be the possibility of this. NOTE: When we connect to different commerce instance, AEM is able to proceed further to product/category selection. On comparing, there are few field difference. Does the response of "IntrospectionQuery" need to have any specific field defined to proceed further or is there any limit on the response size.

Hello,  We bill our clients monthly by using Fusion to sum the planned revenue of all tasks completed in the previous month (with some other criteria). The scenario then adds '666' story points to those tasks which essentially says they have been 'billed' so they don't then bill again the next month. This was set up when my company first moved over to Workfront.A few months ago I noticed some projects weren't billing correctly and it seems that tasks that have previously been billed (and therefore have '666' story points assigned) are being copied within projects, and so weren't billing again when they needed to. We've communicated this out to our users asking them to not copy tasks, but it still seems that this is happening each month. I have a report that I review each month that shows me the tasks that have '666' and were completed in the relevant previous month (and therefore shouldn't have '666' on them), but there is the chance that the tasks have been completed, b

Basically I'm trying to cache historical data since it's not going to chance anymore. 2 questions please1. how do I configure the dispatcher so it caches query parameter? 2. How can I cache these pages for X days (considering they are historical and not going to change anymore.  We are migrating from one Marketo instance to another.  At this point, we have migrated all of our marketing activities plus assets, lists and reports into our new instance sandbox.  We have also synced Salesforce QA to our Marketo sandbox.  Our next step is to test everything in our Marketo sandbox environment. Does anyone have best practices for loading data into our Marketo sandbox or salesforce QA environment prior to testing all of our activities? Thanks in advance!

Hi,  On my user profile schema, I have an object array that stores information of the accounts the user has access too. Something like[{"accountName": "A","balance": 10}, {"accountName":"B","balance": 9}]. In the web channel personalization I was able to display plain text or any attributes that's not in an array. However whenever I tried using an attribute that's an array, it would return blank. Even when I have wrap it in an array function like {%= head(profile._xxx.accountName) %}. In the websdk response, it would show it like the screenshot Want to understand if this is a web channel limitation or if I am missing something.  

Looking to see if there is a way to convert date provided in text format "AUGUST 20,2025" to numeric date format "08/20/2025" in ACS workflow? And then , check if that numeric date is prior to today's date.

Hello, I've built a Document Version report that provides me with the version # a proof was on once it reached 'Approved' status. I want to add one more column in my Details tab that tells me what Proof Workflow Template was used. Hi! Is there a way to remove products with the same/similar Title from appearing in the same Rec location? For example, we have Group Products which consist of multiple "child" items. All have similar product Titles, but slightly different wording/sizes. For example, these are all under the same parent #.PurplePlus Mattress with GelFlex GridPurplePlus Mattress with GelFlex Grid - Twin TwinPurplePlus Mattress with GelFlex Grid - Full FullWhen all of these appear in the Recommendation location, they overwhelm the carousel and it is a bad customer experience. Is there a way to deduplicate similar products from appearing? AND also, remove them from duplicating on the same PAGE as well?Thanks! 

I'm currently exporting the audit log and noticed that the date and time format in the exported file differs from how it's displayed within the instance. I've attached a screenshot showing the comparison between the two formats. I've tried a couple of times in excel using Text to Date and custom formatting, but it's still not showing correctly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.Is there a way to adjust the exported data so the date and time appear consistent with the instance view? I’d appreciate any guidance you can share.Thanks so much!   

I have a request queue that routes to Team A. Based on a custom field, I would like to reassign a request from Team A to 2 individual users. Using Fusion, I am able to assign the request to 1 individual but Team A still shows up and I can't add the 2nd individual. How can I "unassign" Team A and assign a 2nd user? Any help would be appreciated.
