Hello, I have created a Test API triggered campaign with content experiment (3 Emails, A/B/C) and tried to trigger it from Postman but getting error 422 unprocessable entity. Please check the screenshot. Can we run content experimentation using a API triggered campaign or it is just for scheduled marketing campaigns ?

Hello, We have clients submit requests and then internally 'Convert to Project' which results in the custom form that was attached to the request being available in the 'Project Details' section of the project that was created. On occasion, we need to set up a project before the request is submitted - is there a way to get the details on the Request custom form into the Project Details once it is submitted (after the project is created)? I know we can add the issue to the 'Issues' section, but our users are so used to looking in Project Details it would be ideal for this to be the same as for all other projects. Thank youLana

Hi Community, We have decent amount of “unspecified” hits in our report suites and would like to find out the real reason behind these unspecified hits. Im trying to answer below questions about the current unspecified hits we have in our reports:1: Is it really because of the missing evars/ values ?2: are there any issues in implementation which we need to fix?Some of these unspecified hits may be reporting from missing values because i noticed we are sending “” strings for a-lot of different eVars within different events. However, im not 100% sure if thats the only cause. so, to get started, I'm thinking of tracking all empty digital data objects as  “not defined” instead of “”, but i’m wondering if there will be any issues with capturing it as “not defined” . Will it over inflate our reports with “not defined” value if i start tracking all evars as “not defined” if there is no value? We have a need to have a single smart campaign, but we need to email to be different each time the campaign is executed. I noticed that the "Send Email" step in Flow step in Smart Campaigns seems to accept tokens, like so:   But I can't get it to work. I'm filling out the token (via the API) with the folder name and email name like so: My Folder.My Email   Has anyone been able to get this to work with a "my" token?   Thanks.

There is only one image that is not being displayed properly on the site (url string of image below) - when I change one part of the url string, where it says "10240" near the end to "2048" which all the other images on the website have (and display properly), then the image displays fine (see second url below). Hi Team,      I am trying to read the media.ping calls implemented through heart beat mechanism in Web SDK and I want to retrieve the values in event forwarding while I am trying to retrieve I am getting the previous interact call events and media.ping event is not at all triggered . Hello Workfront Community, A Fusion newbie here. I have an Excel file stored on my OneDrive in which I´d like to update an existing table through "Make an API call" of Microsoft 365 Excel module in Fusion but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Does Adobe have a recommended approach for implementing custom header injection in AJO to support BCC capture, delivery log enrichment, and engagement tracking?

We are integrating an external push notification system with AJO using Custom Actions. The external system has a strict API rate limit of 2,500 requests per second. As per Adobe’s documentation, when throttling is configured, any additional requests beyond the set limit are queued for up to 6 hours.We would like to get clarification on how this throttling and queuing behavior works in a multi-journey scenario. Specifically, if multiple journeys are using the same custom action and endpoint simultaneously, we need to understand whether the throttling limit is applied per journey or shared across the endpoint. Additionally, if multiple journeys exceed the limit at the same time, how are requests queued and processed, and what happens if the combined queued volume exceeds the 6-hour processing window.

  Hi all, I'm using a profile cap condition inside a Journey to limit a certain number of profiles to be targeted by a subsequent email action. I've seen that it is not always consistent, and on ocasions it fails to reach the profile limit set. ie: Journey triggered by an event (approx 1M profiles entered), profile cap condition of 760k profiles. However, only 614k advanced to next action, and the rest were discarded. Any advice on why this happens? how to avoid it? any recommendations? Attached is a screenshot for reference.@Mayank_Gandhi @SatheeskannaK

However, both fields appear static-I'm unable to type in the Text field or select an option from the dropdown.These custom fields are also included in a custom form linked to each task. hello everyone,  I have created a unitary event with the following system managed schema - AJO Email Tracking Experience Event Schema with having the following condition -  Here i have my journey id from another journey which i have got the email and clicked on the CTA link. post publishing the event journey and i see inside my profile i have the interaction activity captured as well.  and also does events have draft & published status as well? because i don't see any from my end when created and directly using them in journey as well. 

Hi team, I was advised to enable a feature toggle to use some of the capabilities in Adaptive Forms. According to the documentation here: Enable Feature Toggle, the feature toggle IDs are listed in a document specific to early adopter features. However, I can't find this document.Specifically, I'm trying to enable support for Form Fragments. On the form fragment creation page, I need to enable toggles for selecting a form fragment template and selecting a form theme. I'm unsure which feature toggle IDs are required for this.If there's any documentation available that lists these toggle IDs, or if someone can point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate the help. Hello all, I understand there are no API endpoints available to get the total people to count for Smart-lists. I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this. I am more looking for a programmatic approach. Would it be possible to create a batch campaign to add the Smart-list members to a list (list name would be predefined) and then query the list by name to get the total member count? any other approaches?  Thank you In advanced.
