As javax.servlet dependency has been deprecated we are getting tidelift suggestions to upgrade to jakarta.servlet. However, when we update to that we are getting below error -Error: /apps/runner/_work/jabcd/japp-name/core/pom.xml [0:0]: Class org.ab.web.appname.core.servlet.FetchPDF is not assignable to specified service jakarta.servlet.Servlet Suggestions on this error asking again to revert back to javax.servlet. Just checking has anyone encountered this issue before? What solution has been implemented to address this. Pls share your experience. Thanks. -Nilesh

I have created this Inbound webhook for SMS https://platform-va7.adobe.io/journey/webhooks/ingest/277029ed-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx What should I do next? I'd like to have the opt out data (tracked with that webhook) in an AEP dataset... What steps should I follow once I have the webhook URL? Thanks.

Hi there,We’re currently building new email templates using the Design Studio email editor. While the new features are much more flexible from a branding perspective, we’re running into alignment issues with images and text.Specifically, when two modules are meant to sit side by side, the formatting breaks if the text lengths are not an exact match. If one module has more characters than the other, the alignment becomes uneven rather than shifting down while remaining aligned.In the previous email editor, longer text within one module would simply push content down while still keeping everything properly aligned. Is there a similar setting or workaround in the new editor to achieve this behavior? Inline modules because the text is the same line length Formatting gets messed up when the second title is longer and adds more lines vs shifting the text down and keeping the arrows are start of the titles inline 

Will the current workflow of proofs (making mark-ups, sending for approvals, etc.) be discontinued and the new workflow of the document approvals be the new process soon? We really use proof approvals because it's the best process for us instead of one-off approvals. Thanks so much!

Hi everyone,I am looking for a way to programmatically capture or reference the timestamp of the last node a profile passed through (Email - Pre Waits), directly within the Journey canvas (not via Query Service on the Step Events dataset later). I need to use the exact date/time a profile hit the Email step to calculate a Custom wait time.What I've tried: lastActionExecutionElapsedTime - but not sure if it’s helping me.Does anyone know of a way to "stamp" a profile with their last node date within the journey logic itself? Thanks

Hi Community, We are currently using com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory.cfg.jsonto exclude certain properties from being updated during the rollout process.This configuration is working as expected.However, while this exclusion behavior is acceptable for content pages, authors do not want the same behavior to apply to Experience Fragments. In other words, the excluded properties should continue to be ignored during rollout for content pages, but should still be updated for Experience Fragments.Is there a way to control or customize the rollout process separately for Experience Fragments and content pages?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance,Praveen KM

Grok and I have been trying to crack this nut for an hour now. (I asked the AI Assistant and….let’s just say there were many 👎🏻s) Figured I’d ask the hive mind and--if I figure it out before anyone else does--I’ll post it here for everyone else.The ask: I want to be able to determine the ID of an approval attached to an issue. The only pieces of data I have are the approvalProcessID (which I know because I have Fusion apply an approval process to these issues) and currentApprovalStepID. No matter what I do with that currentApprovalStepID, I just cannot get to the approval. If I try to use that to search for the APPROVAL object, I get a 400. If I try searching via the ARVSTP object, I get scolded that it’s “...not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal”There has to be something that both Grok and I are missing here. Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any experience using the Dry Run mode in AJO with either events as a condition within a journey or as an entry point?  I’ve been using it recently and whilst it works fine for batch qualified audiences, I’ve not seen any results when using events?Thanks,Paul

I’m trying to permanently Stop a journey that is currently in a Paused state, as we have no intention of resuming it. However, the 'Stop' button is disabled/greyed out in the UI.Is this a permissions issue (e.g., lacking some permission as I have publishing rights), or does the system require a journey to be Live before it can be stopped? Additionally, is it possible to force a termination via the AJO API?

we have requirement to design website header.requirements dynamic tabs/menu (header).when we over on any tab/menu it should display sub header/ sub menu and this submenu items are dynamic.when we over on subheader/sub menu it should show its nested menu (nested menu is also dynamic).i dont want to use multifield design for nested menu’s.is there any ways we can design this configuration in dialog?

Hi Everyone, I am working on a use case where I need to capture ‘Open’ Reaction and send a Re-send email to people who have not opened first email. I used the reaction event but despite the audience profile capturing opens, the reaction event is unable to identify/capture the opens. As a result the entire audience base ends up receiving the re-send email even the ones who have opened. Please help me understand this and any workaround if anyone has any awareness on this. Hi,I have created a calculated column in an Adobe Workfront report using text mode, and the column displays correct numeric values (0/1) in the report grid. However, this column does not appear in the “Values” dropdown when configuring a chart for the same report.What I have done Report Type: Project / Task Report Created a calculated column using text mode: The column correctly shows: 1 for on-time 0 for late Attempted to use this column in: Pie / Column / Gauge charts Different “Summarized by” options (Average, Sum, Count) Issue The calculated column does not appear in the Chart → Values dropdown. Native numeric fields and custom number fields do appear correctly. Questions Are calculated columns (text-mode columns) supported as chart values in Workfront? Is there a known limitation that prevents calculated columns from being used in charts? Is creating a custom calculated field on the object the only supported way to chart this data?
