We use a proof approval report to show users proofs which need their approval.I realized that if proof has been archived, it no longer shows on the report - even though the proof is still "awaiting decision." I'd like to create a report to show proofs that are archived, but are awaiting decision. Or, maybe even Archived but project is Current? I would use this to unarchive proofs, so the user remains aware of the need to approve.The only place I've seen a designation of 'archived' is in Proofing, Views, "Archived proofs."Does anyone know if it's possible to filter for archived proofs in a proof approval report (or other type, if necessary), or even to include a column that has a designation of archived?

Hi,I recently have noted (mainly after Feb 19 2025) in AJO that if we create a AJO email journey and publish it then another campaign also gets created (like a email campaign with same email HTML) which is not visible in campaign browse list in the UI we have to check the contact history using the profile ID in the journey and campaign datasets.The email gets sent out only single time from the journey. Has anyone also faced similar issue.Is it a feature that Adobe has enabled.How do I stop it from happening. Any help would be appreciated as it skews the reporting based on the profiles.

Hello All, There is scenario, where library has been build without selecting 'Environment' and in that library added only one data element and just 'save' rules without any changes. That Library is been submitted to approved state and form there it is been rejected and came back to dev environment and from dev, it is been deleted.   Is it possible that because of the above scenario Adobe Rules will not fire for any of the page load and clicks calls? P.s. this is Direct calls rules build.  

Hello! I'm using the Report Builder extension in Excel for Adobe Analytics. I was able to create a data block with default and custom metrics and I'm also able refresh the data. Once I tried scheduling the report as a pdf or xlsx, I'm facing Error: 8000 right after the automatic refresh starts (see screenshot below). I've tried several times with different queries and it's still the same error message. I'm hearing that this procedure works fine on Windows devices. Where can I find the reference for error messages and why am I experiencing the error? I'm using Excel Version 16.95 on Mac OS Sequoia. Any guidance is appreciated!  

In order to optimize the use of our evars and props, we use pipe-delimiters to string together values and then use the Classification Rule Builder to parse them out into classifications for reporting.  For example, eVar99 might be mapped to 'abc123||1|consent|trigger||||||'. The classification rules below would break those out into our classifications that are named like '(v99c) Mobile Client Type', etc.   In most cases, we just parse out the value that is mapped and that's all we need to do. However, in this case, on rule 3, we want to say "if positions 3 = 1 then (v99c) Mobile Client Type = 'Native'. Otherwise it equals 'Not Native', while leaving the remaining rules in place. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi community! I am trying to create a dashboard in Adobe Analytics that distinguishes unique visitors between prospects and clients. I have already created the segments for prospects and clients, but I am encountering the problem that some prospects are actually clients because they later enter our private area and log in. The problem I have is that the value is being counted both in "Clients" and "Prospects" because first they are "Prospects" and then "Clients" with the same sessionID. I am trying to create a segment where "Prospects" only include those who are "Prospects" but I can't manage to do it. Could you help me? Thank you very much.

Hi Team, Can you please let me know how to find out the exact details of these profiles (profile id) of the profile who went to end after a condition box rather than proceeding ahead to an action. As this end box doesn't have any action id or step id, I am even unable to query out these profiles.

Does the field parentTransitionName updates only after a condition step or after every step like Email & End ?What will be the parentTransitionName of a profile which goes through the below sample journey ?

Hi Team, Consider a scenario where I have a journey with audience qualification and it's a batch audience which evaluates at 7PM IST daily. Now if profile XYZ has entered the journey at 8 PM IST and exited at 9 PM, will it re-enter the journey before the next batch segment evaluation or after it ?

We make updates to our PDF plugins to support new languages or fix formatting issues. We test these changes locally before deploying the update to our instances. I would prefer to run the local tests using the data command, as this is the supported option for the DITA-OT. Is it possible to configure the DITA Profile in Guides to do the same? Thanks!

Hi, I created a Success Path Analyzer report about two hours ago, but it is still stuck loading. I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito mode, and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. This is just a test, so there are only a few leads within the RCM.Does it typically take a few hours to become available after creation, or could this be an issue with my Marketo instance? Thanks for your help!

After installing this compat in latest 6.5, below bundle is in Resolved state. And i'm not able to create a Letter / Data Fragments getting the below error. And not able to see the created data dictionaries in console (i can able to see the node in crx)FYI : There is no space in the installation path. Hello! I have a scenario where we want to take the out-of-the-box handoff date for a task and create a calculated field that adds the task's planned duration to it. I’ve written the formula below, but I’m running into an issue: since we are using time in the planned duration (doing increments, like 4.5 days), the formula doesn’t seem to account for that properly. Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative way to make this work?   Adjusted Start Date is the Handoff Date and Adjusted End Date is this calculation: ADDWEEKDAYS({handoffDate},({durationMinutes}/480))    

Hi, I am currently working on a scenario where I need to trigger an e-mail notification to all the project owners under the "Event " program about their incomplete task before 5 days to the "Event Date" (custom field).  I have created the scenario but its sending the notification only to a single project (1st in the queue) and not sending the notification to all the other projects that under the "Event" program. I have create the custom API to get the all the data->used Iterator->created the set variable to get the no.of days lefts. Its working fine but only for just one project and sending notification to all the projects.Sharing the screenshot for reference.   Any suggestion or different approach would be highly appreciated. I am creating a task report with the goal of showing tasks that are ready to start by a certain group of individiuals (these filters are already applied) and don't have documents within a specific folder (the project-level folder titled "design").... Is there a way to filter by that second part? If so, can you assist with the text mode?In summary, I want the report to show me tasks in which the task is assigned to the a team or specificed individuals, it's predecessor is complete, AND there are no documents within the "design" folder. There was a very similar question Community question by @timothybr and response by @randyroberts that is almost the answer, but I can't figure out how to tweak it for me need. Hi all,  I'm asking about this particular situation because I want to configure the Adobe Fastly CDN using a subdomain like dam.site.com for an existent website that is accessed through a custom (Imperva) CDN (www.site.com for the example).The goal would be to access all the media in the dam through the Adobe CDN while maintaining the existing site with Imperva.Now the custom CDN is pointing directly to the publish environment and if I try to access to this one I get 403 forbidden error, like if Imperva is cutting out every other connection to the env. I've not configured anything in the IP whitelist so I think that is Imperva that is doing this.Would it be possible to configure an SSL certificate for dam.site.com in the cloud manager configurations? Any of you had this kind of issue or is it an impossible matter to do with the same environment ? Thank you!
