Hi all, I have a bit of an urgent question so would appreciate a quick response. We’re creating emails for AJO B2B and there is no option to add mirror links in email templates. How can we add mirror links in AJO B2B emails? Thanks
I’m using the Profile-based sample queries on the documentation to retrieve all successfully executed message actions for a specific profile but looks like it only return journey message. How can I get all emails sent to a profile from AJO Campaigns? Documentation link:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/reporting/reports/query-examples
I wanted to suggest an improvement regarding how we handle delegated issues in Workfront. As it stands, unless a delegate user takes ownership of a project, the delegated issue will only appear in their "my work" widget. This setup isn't quite streamlined enough for our needs. Could we request to have Workfront include delegated tasks in the "my task" widget as well? This adjustment would provide a more cohesive and efficient view, allowing us to better track and manage our responsibilities. Thank you for considering this suggestion. Looking forward to your thoughts on this matter.
We use Tealium as our CDP where Adobe Analytics tags and third‑party tags are implemented. One of our site environments experienced a Content Security Policy (CSP) issue that prevented the Tealium header and associated scripts from loading properly, which blocked analytics and third‑party tag requests from firing in the browser. After resolving the CSP in the current month, when we reviewed Adobe Analytics data from November through February, we noticed that only the 10th of each month (and March) shows significant data. Can anyone please explain the cause of this pattern.
What do we need:Create or update a user notification option that lets assignee(s) know when a task can start work! (Can Start = True = Notification) My Ask → Please Upvote this idea! There is currently not an option for users or admins to enable a notification to be sent to a user or team that is assigned to a task that lets them know that they can start working on a task; a trigger once the Can Start indicator on a task moves to True. Users do not receive notifications that let them simply know they can start working on their task. What’s available today in user notifications? There is an option for “All predecessors of my tasks are completed” located in the Information about Work Assigned to Me section, but this does not always work and is not always accurate. This runs simply off directly associated predecessors on a task. If you manage predecessors at a parent task level, notification will not be sent to your users and affect your tea
Usage of deprecated package found : org.eclipse.jetty.http : The Eclipse Jetty and Apache Felix Http Jetty packages are no longer supported. Deprecated since 2021-05-27 For removal : 2025-08-31The cloud build log shows warnings/errors related to org.eclipse.jetty packages, which indicates that we must remove all Jetty imports from the project.I reviewed the “Deprecated and Removed Features” page for Adobe Experience Manager and, based on its guidance, added all the recommended Jetty versions to the core POM. However, the issue still persists and the dependency conflict is not resolved. Since I cannot remove the Jetty‑dependent code, I need an alternative solution.
ProblemA custom product profile with the permissionsProgram AccessEnvironment Logs ReadRapid Dev Environment ResetRepository Code GenerateRepository Info Accessdoes not seem to grant a user access to see the "preview" tier in the dev-console UI.Users with these custom roles can see the Author and Publish options in the AEM Developer Console, but the Preview option (available via the “All Previews” dropdown) is not visible. Also refer to the documentation on how to set up custom product profiles with permissions.Fords Impact Statement:-Assigning the OOTB Developer profile grants visibility across all programs, which violates Ford’s security policy and they see it as a unknown security exposure
After sending incremental data to destination platforms (based on the referenced use case), we need to regularly delete the previous day’s batches from the destination dataset table. To automate this process, we explored the available API options, but it appears that the Batch Deletion API is deprecated.Could anyone confirm whether there is any supported method to programmatically delete batches?(Using the UI is not feasible since this needs to be fully automated.)Approaches We Explored but Could Not use:Deleting Records via Data Lifecycle Management - This does not work because the dataset is not Profile-enabled, so there is no primary identifier available to target records and we don’t want to make it enabled as well just to create duplicates in the profile store. Data Retention Policy - Retention policies apply only to event datasets, so they cannot be used for this dataset type.
Field Content Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Allow defining custom 404 pages per specific page or directory (path) so that only the designated scopes show a tailored 404, different from the site-wide default. Use-case: When users access 404s under landing pages (LPs) or other special sections, the site owner needs to show a section-specific 404 that provides targeted guidance (e.g., relevant links, promotions, or contact paths) appropriate to that section. Current/Experienced Behavior: It is not possible to create a dedicated 404 page for a specific page or directory. All 404 responses fall back to the global default, which cannot convey section-appropriate guidance. Improved/Expected Behavior: Enable configuration to display a unique 404 page only for the specified page/directory scope, while keeping the default 404 for other areas of the site. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): Experience Manager as a Cl
Field Content Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Provide a Page List block that allows filtering by a specific path × specific directory, and supports listing non-HTML items such as PDF files and external links. Use-case: Content authors need to easily create lists such as news, column, and article indexes based on specific directories, and include non-HTML items (PDF files, external URLs) within the list. Current/Experienced Behavior: 1. It is currently not possible to generate a page list filtered by a specific path × specific directory. 2. Authors cannot easily include PDF files or external links in lists such as news indexes without creating dummy pages and setting manual redirects. As a result, page lists cannot naturally contain mixed content such as pages, PDFs, and external URLs. Improved/Expected Behavior: 1. Enable authors to generate a page list by specifying a directory × tag (or equivalent filtering criteria). 2. Allow authors to add PDF files
Proper ETag Support Finally Arrives in the AEMaaCS Dispatcher by @daniel-strmecki IntroductionReducing unnecessary network traffic is a core goal of HTTP caching, and one of the most effective mechanisms for achieving this has been part of the protocol for decades. ETags allow different layers of the web stack to determine whether a resource has actually changed before transferring it again, making them a powerful tool for improving performance and cache efficiency. In modern architectures where browsers, CDNs, reverse proxies, and origin applications all participate in content delivery, ETags play an important role in enabling efficient validation of cached content. Instead of repeatedly sending the same payload across the network, each layer can simply verify whether the cached representation is still valid.Despite this being a fundamental HTTP capability, many AEM implementations have historically not been able to fully benefit from ETag validation across the entire delivery stack.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Improve the Columns block so that (1) opening Column properties immediately after adding a Columns block does not cause errors, and (2) components inside Columns can be moved freely between Columns blocks or between Columns and Section containers. Use-case: During authoring, editors frequently add Columns blocks and adjust Column properties before placing content. They also often reorganize page layouts by moving components such as Text or Button between Columns, or between Columns and Section containers. Current/Experienced Behavior: 1. Immediately after adding a Columns block, opening the Column properties before adding any inner content results in an error. 2. Components placed inside a Columns block cannot be moved to another Columns block or to Section containers, limiting layout flexibility and forcing authors to recreate content manually. Improved/Expected Behavior: 1. Column properties should be accessible without error
Dear community from abroad of USA.For accountant reasons we need a 2026 Certificate of residency of ADOBE INC, usualy published on the company site. I would like to make a subscription. I am an Adobe and (now also) ai consultant in the fashion industry for over twenty years. I am absolutely stoked about Firefly boards and teach all designers i meet to work on it. There are two potential features that would make Firefly boards unbeatable. 1: The possibility to add style-guide information on a specific board or maybe a ‘project folder would be even better’. This will make Firefly boards instantly the number one ai tool for brands (not only fashion). 2: Integrated LLM of choice. I now teach designers to use their favorite llm to create detailed prompts for generating images and video on a firefly board. How nice would it be if there would be a sidebar with an integrated LLM. Even better if the user can choose their own favorite llm (please include Mistral for the European market).
I am looking to make API calls to ACC v7 using SOAP. What permissions should the user have and where do you set these permissions.Should the instance be configured to allow SOAP Logon with an Adobe ID, or do I need a separate Technical Operator account for API calls?
is the inAudience from a Condition working fine with Custom Upload Audiences? or InAudience only works with BATCH Audiences? Thanks.
I have a use case where we need the offer, for example, to start on the 1st of the month and end on the 10th.Is there a way to do this automatically without having to keep changing the validity every time?
When I'm editing or saving the audience, the condition displayed shows "current page query is not empty."However, after saving the audience and viewing it in the rules section, it appears to show the opposite condition.

Hi all,I am using “Event grouping using session storage” feature to track activity map links in Adobe Analytics using Web SDK. (As shown below) For my Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics setup, I am using 2 send events on every page load.eventType:- decisioning.propositionFetch and "renderDecisions": true eventType :- Web Webpagedetails Page Views and "personalization": { "defaultPersonalizationEnabled": false, "includeRenderedPropositions": true } so that the display event is sent for A4T purpose along with AdobeAnalytics variables (eVars, props and events).Due to this behavior, Activity Map details are getting attached on decisioning.propositionFetch server call on the subsequent page and not available in Adobe Analytics reporting. Is there any way to make the Activity Map to attach on to subsequent page view server call? I don’t want to use “No event grouping” as it increases server call usage. Thanks in advance!
Hey there! After implementing the Web SDK guided events, CJA reporting and setup are impacted by decisioning.propositionFetch events. We currently have to exclude this event type via segments to align CJA with AA, but doing so breaks Session Starts and our Internal Domains logic. Impact in CJA (we are using raw AEP data, no Adobe Analytics Source Connector): Sessions / Page Views / Session Starts With an event-level exclusion segment (eventType = decisioning.propositionFetch): Sessions ≈ AA Visits Page Views ≈ AA Page Views Session Starts much lower than AA Entries Without the exclusion segment: Sessions and Session Starts are higher than AA Page Views still align with AA At a dimension level (e.g., Canonical URL, Marketing Channel), we sometimes see Sessions > Page Views, which should not occur Root cause: decisioning.propositionFetch fires first, so CJA treats it as the session-start event. Excluding it via segment
One challenge many users face across Adobe products is navigating documentation, tutorials, and community resources efficiently. Even though Adobe provides extensive documentation, finding the exact answer quickly can still require multiple searches across help pages, forums, and external tutorials.Proposed Idea:Introduce an AI Documentation Agent embedded directly within Adobe Help, product panels, and community pages. This agent could allow users to: Ask natural language questions about features or workflows Instantly search and summarize official Adobe documentation Surface relevant tutorials, guides, and community threads Walk users step-by-step through tasks directly inside the product Suggest related features users might not know exist Example Use Cases “How do I remove background noise in Premiere Pro?” “Show me how to create a gradient mesh in Illustrator.” “What’s the difference between Smart Objects and Linked Objects in Photoshop?” The AI agent could return: Direc
When a user copies a URL from within Workfront (e.g., via 'Copy URL' in the Documents folder menu), it pastes as a raw URL with no display name — exposing a long string of alphanumeric IDs that is hard to read and unprofessional when shared in tools like Slack, Outlook, or Teams.Current Behavior:Pasting a copied Workfront URL displays the full raw URL. Example:https://companynamehere.my.workfront.adobe.com/issue/11aa11a0001123456df123dfcc1e1234/documents?initialFolderID=11b01cbf00010123bb12345ac12d123dAdditionally, there is no 'Copy URL' option on project or task pages, so users have no native way to share a direct link to those objects, other than copying the raw links from the browser address bar.Desired Behavior:1. Copied Workfront URLs should carry a friendly display name on paste — such as the document name, object name + ID, or folder path + document name — similar to how Microsoft Teams handles copied links.Pasted Teams link comes with Display text2. A 'Copy URL' option should b
Hi, can the AJO Email tracking dataset be used as unitary event? I’d like to have a kind of bi-directional journey based on Whatsapp responses. Thanks.
